Elisha has served as children's minister for Tallgrass' children's ministry (Sprouts) since February 2019. She previously served in that capacity as a volunteer for the Summer of 2018 before having their third kiddo. Elisha has also joined the Elder Team as of December 2020 and has continued to serve as staff and elder since Tallgrass Church and The Well merged at the beginning of 2022.

Elisha and her husband, Taylor, met in college at Kansas State University and now have 3 young kids: Edith, Oliver, and Elliot. Elisha, a teacher by trade, currently works as a stay-at-home parent outside her roles at Tallgrass. Taylor works as a computer engineer. They both have a heart for people and value genuine relationships.
