Few topics are as divisive from the outset as racism. The mere mention of the topic itself already draws varied and visceral reactions. Sadly, this is also true in the church in America. Yet God's heart for unity and diversity among all kinds of people within the family of God is clear from Genesis to Revelation! It's not anywhere close to vague or controversial. There's a disconnect here. So, in this teaching, we step into this difficult and timely topic asking, "What is the radical way of Jesus today in our city?" And what might it look like to take a next step of faith as a follower of Christ in discovering and displaying God's great heart for racial justice?
