Dilan served as Youth Minister since Tallgrass' launch in 2018 until April 2022 at Tallgrass at The Well. He currently leads a 7 Pillars of Freedom group and serves on the tech team.

Dilan (a Georgia native) and his wife Crystal (a Manhattan, KS townie) married in October 2017 after meeting while serving at a Christian summer camp in Glorieta, NM. They both have a heart for teaching young people and helping them grow in their understanding of grace. By day, Dilan is a full-time student at Manhattan Christian College and also works at a bank and Crystal is a middle school teacher. They are both involved in the Green Hills Zone Group that meets on Wednesday evenings. Dilan enjoys woodworking, boating, and can squat more than you might think.
