Take a few minutes to watch/listen to a special announcement from our Elder Team, given Sunday December 2nd, about women in ministry, the 2019 budget, and an 8-month Tallgrass survey.  In short:

• Tallgrass is pleased to allow women to teach and lead in our church, including serving as elders.
• Our 2019 proposed budget will include an $1,100/mo increase in needed income/donations.

You're invited to give feedback about any of these items, but especially the budget, by two weeks from this announcement: Sunday, December 16.  You can talk directly to any elder, but for questions about staffing and salaries,please talk to one of our non-staff elders: Ron Goodman, Ricky Greeve, and/or David Renberg.
