What are you going to focus on in the new year? New Year's resolutions usually last for a few weeks and then are quietly slid into the trash by February. WOTYs  (Words Of The Year) and BHAGGs (Big, Hairy, Audacious, God-sized Goals) help us engage in a different way - leaning on grace to help us make real progress and growth spiritually. And God does the heavy lifting!
